Classes for all levels & abilities
Beginner
Anyone can be an aerialist, its much more accessible than you might think. We start using hammock cocoons , very low trapezes, and hoops. There is a huge range of skills and moves that can be done right at ground level. Aerial helps to build core strength and stability, strength, and fitness and unlike many other forms of exercise, it is fun and varied and non competitive. There is a strong sense of achievement right from the start, with plenty to choice from for those who want a more difficult challenge. Many of our students have no background in sport or exercise at all, finding a hobby later in life that suits them where nothing has before. Students can progress at their own pace, so whether you are an existing exercise enthusiast or just wanting to try something new, aerial could be the right place for you.
Improver - Intermediate
At this level students are challenged to learn more technique, theory, and conditioning to improve their skills. We introduce sequencing and choreography, and students can choose to specialise in certain disciplines, Fabrics, Trapeze or Hoop.
Intermediate - Advanced
At advanced level, classes are longer and conditioning is challenging, skills and choreography teaching focuses on longer more complex sequencing and endurance. Additional performance classes, along with sessions to encourage students to discover and develop their own style and sequences, are included at this level.
