New beginners course starts Tues 12th & Thursday 14th November 2024!
Fun and engaging aerial silks classes for all, technique focused and fun, classes are designed to help you progress. Hosted at Performing Arts Studio Scotland, a year round warm spacious facility at Edinburgh College, Granton.

Mondays
6.15 -7.30 - Rope & Silks
6.00 - 8.30 Closed training group, apply by email
Wednesdays
6.15 - 7.15 - Complete beginners class
7.15 - 8.30 - Improvers Silks
6.00 - 8.30 Bookable Training Improver level and above
Thursdays
6.30 - 7.45 Silks Intermediate A.
7.30 - 9.15 Silks Intermediate B & Advanced
Bookable Training Wednesdays
Training is only available to aerial students at improver level or above, it is essential that you do not teach each other new material during these sessions, and stick to practising moves that you know well. Training is there for students to review or work together on things you have learned in class. Veronika or Paddy will be there to handle rigging and room management, please follow any requests made by them, you may be asked to stop doing a particular skill for example.
Missed classes and swapping days
Classes that are missed can be switched for other classes or training on alternate days. Missed classes cannot be used to discount the cost of future terms - you must be booked into a block to use them on additional days from your regular class. We can not offer refunds except where the class is cancelled by us.
Level Descriptions
Beginner - New to aerial, less than 3 months experience
Improver - some experience, able to hold your weight in your arms ( briefly) and climb a little
Intermediate A - capable of achieving Hip Lock & Catchers positions, competent climbing
Intermediate B - capable of inverting from a climb, solid knowledge of hip lock & catchers
Advanced - Capable of 4 minutes continuously in the air and repeated inversions.
